5×10 Dumbbell Bench superset with Dumbbell Front Squat

5×10 Dumbbell incline Bench superset with Plate Incline Tricep Extensions

5×10 Dumbbell incline fly superset with Dumbbell single arm Tricep extension 

5×10 Plate V-ups superset with Single arm cable Tricep pulldown

Finish burnout: Push Up Plank 5:00min total. Stop timer when you need to rest.
