Beauty | Spring/Summer 5 Minute Makeup Routine

When choosing the best makeup products, I like to choose products that have multiple uses to them. I do not like having to use 25 brushes every time I apply my makeup and travelling with them is even worse. I hate having my makeup storage box full of products that I do not use that often. So I wanted to share with you how I apply my everyday 5 minute makeup with 5 simple steps. 98% off the time this is how I do my makeup! I am going to break it down step by step only using 5 products and applying it all with just a BEAUTY BLENDER!

Step 1: Primer + Foundation. I blend together with a beauty blender a squirt of my all natural Red Earth Light Boosting Primer and moisturizer in one with my go to NARS Radiant foundation. This takes me about 25 seconds to apply all over my face. I mix the two together with my beauty blender and apply it quick!

Step 2: Eye lift. Sometimes I skip this step, but when I am stressed my under eyes get very dark and I can not skip this step. When needed, I wand on Trish McEvoy Jumbo Instant Eye Lift and then blend it in with my beauty blender . I take the beauty blender with excess product onto my eyelids and cover my entire eyelid with this color to make my eyes pop because I do not wear eyeshadow when I do my 5 minute makeup! This tip allows you to have the look of eyeshadow without actually using any.

Step 3: Blush, Highlight, and Bronzer. This Hourglass Illume Color Trio palette is the BEST. The palette is a cream based which is perfect for that summer dewy look.

BRONZE: I swipe my beauty blender over the bronze color and dap it to the hollows of my cheek and along the temples in my forehead.

Blush: I take the beauty blender and swipe through the blush shade and apply to my cheekbones. If I want to add some color to my eyes, I dab this onto the crease of my eyelids.

Highlight: I swipe the opposite side of the beauty blender with the highlight and and run it down the bridge of my nose, across the top of my cheekbones, the inner corners of my eyes, the top of my brow bone, and the top of my cupids bow.

Step 4: Eyebrows. It takes me about 15 seconds to shape, color, and arch my eyebrows. The Hourglass Arch Brow fiber is the best. I use shade blonde. You can’t mess this step up, the arch wand and fiber gels smoothes, shades, and arches your brows just perfectly! I should also mention that I have eyelash extensions, so I do not wear mascara and this saves me a bit of time.

Step 5: Setting Spray with SPF. This is a step you can not leave out. I set my look with Supergoop Setting Mist SPF 50 setting spray to hold my glow all day long but to keep my skin protected from the sun at the same time.

Bonus Product: Somedays I use my favorite, Charlotte Tilbury Beach Stick in shadeLAS SALINAS instead of the blush in the palette above! You can swipe it on your lips, which is what I did here, but you can also swipe it on your cheeks and your eyelids!
