Fitness Fashion

Lets be real, getting old stinks. The older you get the slower your metabolism slows down and the harder you have to work at keeping those fluctuating 5 lbs down. Since January I have been back on the fitness train. I am trying to make it a lifestyle change this time around and not get burnt out like I have in the past. Being healthy and staying fit is a lifetime goal for me and I am determined to make it stick forever. My sneaker collection is growing fast and my exercise drawer has double in size since last year and I am not complaining! Here are lots of my favorites that I own or are on my wish list! Splurge on a new pair of Nike’s, and a fun workout outfit to push you to hit the gym this week! If I can do it, you can too, trust me!
My sneaker picks
Super affordable work out gear I love.
(I love lulu, but let’s be real we can’t own it all! These are great alternatives.)
I also wear a polar watch, I swear by it.
Helps when I watch my calories and am able to put in the exact amount I burn.

Great picks! I wish there were some more flattering workout tops out there, but until I find some I stick to the under armour cotton-like v-neck tees.
I like to buy lulu pants and then Adidas or Nike tops. I got some new pants last weekend! And 2 new shirts. It’s amazing what a neon yellow running t will do for you! I’ve run 3 times this week! By by baby weight!!! Keep up the good work girl!
Love the picks and the colors are super cute!

I completely agree! I remember back in the day when I didn’t have to work out at all and now if I don’t for a week I feel like I gain 10 lbs! I definitely think looking cute at the gym motivates you to workout! 🙂 Loving all your picks!
